How to play

How Word Pizza Works

How to solve any level in this block.

1

Take the set as given

Every answer uses only these tiles. Anything else is wrong before you look at the grid.

2

Work length by length

Short sets have few possibilities. Sweeping all the three-letter options is faster than free association.

3

Anchor on the longest

It uses most of the set and fixes crossings that narrow everything still open.

Word Pizza Tips & Strategy

Advice that applies across the whole 101–200 block.

1

Work the block in order

These 100 puzzles run 101–200. Solving in order means every page links straight to the next — no menu, no scrolling.

2

Short sets reward system over instinct

With five or six tiles you can genuinely exhaust the options. Work each length in turn instead of waiting for a word to occur to you.

3

The city identifies the level

Word Pizza groups levels into cities, so the city name on the page is the fastest confirmation you are on the right board.

4

Check the doubles

A repeated tile can be used twice in one answer. It is a common reason a valid word is dismissed.

5

Plurals and tenses count

Adding S or ED often produces another accepted answer, and on short boards those extras are a meaningful share of the total.

6

Match the gap, not the meaning

Counting the empty squares narrows a slot faster than thinking about what might fit. Every answer on a level page shows its length.

About this block

Blocks of one hundred exist so you never scroll a list of thousands. Each card above carries a detail taken from that puzzle — the letter set, the picture name, the author — so the right one is usually recognisable without opening several.

Every puzzle in this block links onward to its neighbours, so once you are inside you can keep moving without coming back here.
